The onset of viral lung components of infection may produce a "rattle" due to thickened mucus in the tracheo-bronchial tree. This may be a harbinger of a viral pneumonia. Get tested for COVID, b/c even if you have had three shots of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, COVID infection is still reported.
