?: Interesting set of symptoms. The tingling suggests cervical root neuritis which could also cause chest pain. The ticking is hard to associate. You list "drainage" and "head pain" in your conditions: makes me think you may have serous otitis media causing the ticking .If so, not much to do but wait it out.
