Assume hydrocodone?: If you have been off hydrocodone (or any short-acting opioid) for 3 weeks, it is mostly done, at least the worst of the symptoms. Some sleep disturbances, occasional leg cramps or spasms, and some anxiety can persist longer (several months) if you had a big habit for a long time. There are medications that can help, and some companies sell vitamins they claim helps (mixed reviews by users).
