Go see ur PCP and: Gyn and get checked for problems with ur, uterus, ovaries, kidney, spine , etc. The tissue could just be blood clot or endometrial tissues that's part of ur menses or it could be a placental tissue, perhaps not knowing that u were pregnant.Take care! http://www.Medicinenet.Com/script/main/mobileart.Asp?Articlekey=289 http://www.Ask.Com/question/what-does-miscarriage-tissue-look-like.

Menstrual pain?: If i understand your question, you might be describing a condition called "mittleschmerz" (if i've spelled this correctly). It occurs when the egg is released from the ovary, the contents around the egg which are also released can causing back pain.
