I had covid 3 weeks ago. about 4 days in, i lost total smell and taste. its slowly coming back, but it comes and goes during the day. some days, its stronger than others. a good day im at about 75% smell, a bad 60%. is this normal?

This is normal as well as many other symptoms. It will come back but not 100% in some cases. I had COVID and was in hospital, but never lost smell and taste. I don't feel weak or tired because I work out every day. Stay positive and be safe.

This is normal. There can be changes to your smell and taste that can intermittently vary on the intensity of the symptoms for at least 6 months after having COVID.
