Depends: Recovery depends on approach, fixation method, age and cofactors. Most patients are out of the hospital in 2-3 days. They walk with a walker for up to 6 weeks. By 3 months they are usually back to normal activities. The above are averages and some people are ahead and some behind those numbers.
