Yes: Both high and low blood sugar can cause you to feel lethargic. "nod out" is more of a low blood sugar problem although high blood sugar can cause dehydration/low blood pressure which can indirectly cause the "nod out". The only way to know is to check your blood sugar at these times to see what the levels are.
