My 15 year old bro. has lupus his face is red he is lazy .doesn't want to eat.lost weight . high temp., becomes weak.what is the best medicine please :?

Needs immediate care: If he is having fevers and losing weight this is extremely serious. He needs to be under close supervision of a rheumatologist. If he is already seeing one, have him call that doctor immediately and explain his issues. If he does not, go to the er. Fevers may be secondary to lupus but they may also be related to a serious infection especially if your brother is on a cortisone med. Do not delay.
