My glucose levels overnight are elevated from midnight to 7 am sometimes into the 130s-140s. this is occurring independently from food intake. how do i get my liver to stop dumping glucose overnight? hx pcos & obesity. a1c 5.4?

Elevated glucose levels (130-140) can occur from "midnight to 7 Am" because of late night snacks and less than normal insulin production. Ask your physician about a glucose tolerance test, as insulin resistance is often occurring with either PCOS or obesity as in diabetes mellitus type 2.
