Severe anemia is less likely related to blood sugar level (glycemia). How low is your glycemia? If there is a 10 point change but the glycemia is still in normal range (60-99), you have nothing to worry. Etiology of severe anemia needs to be determined for an effective therapy. Take care.

Depending on cause of anemia yes. In general 10 points is with the limit or error of glucose tested. Recommend getting it checked for accuracy and ask about how much it should vary on the same reading done twice.
