I have covid & lupus. having massive fatigue and dizziness. its been 14 days &difficult to stay awake despite everything i do to push myself. i cant function.was active.now im lethargic.i havent been able to return to work yet. normal ? get labs?

Best would be your rheumatologist or primary care doc that would be able to integrate details of your medical history in your current situation. Protracted fatigue is somewhat common in COVID recovery phase, but in your case with history of lupus and being unable to function will have to be further investigated and addressed properly.

Agree with Dr. Pasniciuc. A number of doctors are now recommending follow up COVID 19 assessments for patient who either have lingering COVID 19 symptoms or new symptoms that are cropping up after resolution of majority of COVID 19 symptoms.
