I'm not sure what: Part of her body "moves" with her heartbeat. If she is having chest palpitations that are new, then she needs to be evaluated, even if you have to take her to an er. Does she feel pulsations just below her breastbone or in her abdomen? She can have a heart-related condition, anxiety, or, if she is post-pubertal & sexually active, a pregnancy. There's no way to know without seeking medical care.
