What would someone with psychosis struggle to do as part of a normal office job?

Stay Focussed: Often times, someone who is actively psychotic, may become distracted at work while paying attention to, for example, hallucinations like hearing voices. I can see where someone with psychosis may struggle with getting up and making it to work on time. Psychosis is a symptom, like a fever-there are many causes. One common cause of psychosis is schizophrenia which affects one percent of population.

Psychosis at work: Keeping time obligations, coping with added responsibilities, staying focused consistently, tolerating criticism, all depending on whether actively psychotic such as hallucinating or paranoid.

Zoloft (sertraline): Your prescribing doctor is the best one to respond. S/he may suggest adjusting your zoloft (sertraline) dose or adding a supplement to combat your symptom.
