Job headaches: First hopefully you have a job you like. If it is at a computer or desk, then try to incorporate best ergonomic aspects to your station (there is help for that) as well as taking frequent breaks simply to stretch, walk or breathe deeply. Hopefully you will find support from coworkers to incorporate healthy eating and social support as well. Other suggestions depend on whether you have migraine.
