Difficult: Difficult but not impossible. You can practice isometric exercises all day long in the cubicle. This will help strength. Fitness requires cardio, so you will need a time and place for this. Isometric examples. Tighten abs and hold 10 seconds, repeat. Tighten glutes and hold 10 seconds, repeat. Pick other muscle groups. Good luck.
