Yes: Sure. Why not. But you can have anxiety attacks in a whole host of other disorders as well. Talk to your doctor!

Yes: Adjustment disorder can include problems with anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties. It is possible to have panic attacks in response to a specific circumstance, and then have the panic attacks subside with time.
