Prozac (fluoxetine) : I am happy your moods are better and probably the Prozac (fluoxetine) has helped you. The fatigue can be from multiple causes. I doubt the Prozac (fluoxetine) needs adjustment but it is true that raising the dose could help but only with your doctors agreement.

Not necessarily: Fluoxetine’s drug class may cause sleep disturbances (insomnia or increased sleepiness), depending on the person - everyone responds differently. What’s more, when the drug starts to be effective (4-8 weeks after starting the drug or changing the dose), you may also experience sleep disturbances. The effects usually go away a couple of weeks after they appear; if not, let your doctor know.
