Speak with the dr: Who gave you the diagnosis. Find out what code they used and why. If you think it is not accurate tell them. They may agree with you and can change it. Usually depression does not lift so quickly. If you were very upset at the time of the 1st visit, what shifted to reduce the anxiety and depression? Many vets have reactions to the traumas of war. It should not hurt you to have this on your record.

This can be : Addressed with that branch of the service's board of corrections. But be prepared with written submission about why the original assessment was not accurate.
