Contact : Contact your local county hospital for help with free or low income programs. Let them know you are a type 1 diabetic and you need treatment. Also ask to speak with a social worker. He/she will be able to assist you. Once you get a primary care provider your abdominal pain can be worked up. You could be dealing with diabetic gastroparesis, lactose intolerance, chronic pancreatitis, etc. It is difficult to say. Hopefully the endoscopy can be done as well. Good luck in finding a doctor. There is help out there. It just takes a little effort on your part.

Social worker.: in patients who have difficulty affording insulin, cheaper alternative options are available to Walmart. Patient assistance can be obtained from Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. Some local charities also help. Social worker would be helpful.
