Clinic: I don't recommend trying to find otc substitutes for all of these conditions. There are sliding fee clinics in most areas of the country. This could be a viable option for you until your insurance is back & running. By the way, i suggest that you work hard to become friends with your CPAP machine. Good luck.

A few: Aspirin, niacin, and fish oil are otc. Weight loss and heart healthy, low salt diet helps. Exercise is also very important.

Very few OTC : Medications exist for this variety of issues...Would seek medical appointment at under served health clinic to get generic medications in meantime.

Get old insurance : You lost your job and let your health insurance expire. You want over the counter medications for coronary artery disease. The best thing to do is get old insurance back. You should have one year after leaving to get old insurance. This will allow you to get the correct medications. Over the counter medications do not have the same effect. Except aspirin. Be well.
