Yes: If you have loose neck skin, liposuction alone will probably make it worse. Combining liposuction with neck lift is agood combination for having a better neck contour.

Neck lift: Liposuction of the neck and chin area is a great procedure for patients that want more definition and just have excess fat. However, loose skin is not treated by liposuction, and would be better treated by a neck lift. You need a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. http://www.dassmd.com/neck-lift-beverly-hills.html.

Depends: Submental liposuction (or microliposculpture) is a minimally invasive technique for removing excess deposits of fat under the chin. It can improve the look of a double chin, make the angle between your chin and neck more attractive, and define your jawline. It is not a neck lift, though, so it will not address extra loose skin, neck bands, or facial sagging. Discuss with your plastic surgeon.

Maybe: Chin liposuction is a great treatment for the neck. Whether or not you would need a neck lift depends on your present skin laxity, your age and skin condition, etc. SmartLipo is a wonderful addition to liposuction. The laser stimulate collagen production and can lead to some tightening as well. It's best to be evaluated in person to know for sure. http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com
