Hello : Hello i can't diagnose your condition. You may have a viral upper respiratory infection. This is suggested by fever, cough, headache and sore throat. If you temp reaches 104 or more, you should be medically evaluated or if your fevers last more than a week. You can take an non-steroidal anti-inflammatory to help reduce your fever and to help your headaches and general soreness. If you have predominantly sore throat; you should get a streph throat test. In the mean time consider gargling with warm salt water several times a day. Hydrate really well with water so that you can keep the mucus moist, so that it can be coughed out. If you develop difficulty breathing you should get medical care.
