Havent slept in days, my cough is so bad sometimes i cough up yellow/ slight pink mucus, but usually its clear. no fevers no chest pain. pneumonia?

Possibly: It may just be bronchitis. However there is a real possiblitiy that it is a pneumonia. Pneumonia does not always present with feve, chest pain and shortness of breath - it usually does though. See your physician, you might need a chest xray. Best wishes.
