See below: You have some type of intestinal infection. Viral gastroenteritis is self limited and usually resolves in less than 4 days. Food poisoning likewise resolves in less than 4 days. Have you taken antibiotics recently? Eaten uncooked meats/fish? Unpasturized milk/cheese? Recent foreign travel? Best to see your md and get checked out.
