Sounds viral: These are common symptoms of most viral respiratory infections. Make sure you get plenty of rest and fluids. You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the pain. Use saline nasal spray for sinus drainage. See your doctor if symptoms do not improve in the next few days.
