Sure: You may possibly feel some benefit especially if your diet is plus-minus. Your personal physican is a better guide. You may have some other reason for feeling week -- how's the rest of your physical exam and labs?

Yes: But, check with your physician first. I tend to lean towards holistic, organic, plant based vitamin products. However, a basic prenatal vitamin is recommended - more than adequate concentrations of b vitamins and folic acid. B vitamins are good for nerves (problem with diabetes) and boosts energy. It is always helpful to have antioxidants on board. Adding omega-3 fa would be helpful as well.
