Wrong question: The best way to maintain good energy and a good sleep schedule is to eat right, exercise regularly, and maintain good sleep habits. If you're not doing these three things, all the vitamins in the world won't help with your energy.

Improve sleep hygien: 1. Improve sleep hygiene, sleep adequately for 7-8 hours daily, , maintaining same eating and sleeping cycle. 2. Exercise regularly and find out what is causing fatigue is it sleep depreciation, stress, drug side effect etc 3. Eat healthy balance diet with lots of fruits and vegatables, high fiber diet 4. Make sure have daily good bowel movement. 5. Multi vitamin but not proved.
