I am 17 years old and 12 weeks pregnant .. i recently got prenatal one a day advanced vitamins, it comes with the choline tablets and the multivitamin soft gels, am i susposed to take one of both or just one or the other?

Take 'em both each day. The importance of choline for neural tube development in early pregnancy is a relatively new discovery. It's not included in many prenatal vitamin formulations yet, so it's provided separately. Congratulations, take good care of that baby. At 17, it is a big challenge. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
