doesn't matter: What ever suits your schedule. In all likelihood they will all be pooped or peed out the same day with little effect on your system either way. If for some reason you are vitamin deficient they will be helpful, if not they go away quickly. Be leery of vitamin D as that one stores in your fatty tissues & over time an excess can lead to problems.
