You : You should see your primary care doctor as well as your ob/gyn. You may simply be dealing with heartburn as a result of your pregnancy, however more serious issues need to be ruled out. An ekg (electrocardiogram) and possibly an ultrasound of your heart will rule out a cardiac cause. Lastly, the Prilosec may take about a week or so to work. Good luck.
