Go to ER: Hi. Maybe someone's already answered this, but with those symptoms, you go to the ER now; I believe most of my colleagues on this site would agree. What is your pulse? Any fever? This could be cardiac or any number of things. But if it's something serious, delaying getting attention could have adverse consequences. Good luck!
