One : One added benefit of the dental implants is that they help to preserve your jaw bone. Once teeth are extracted mother nature begins a resorptive process that leads continuing bone loss. This may affect the adjacent teeth. It is best to consider placement of the implants within the first year of tooth loss or you may be faced with having to undergo bone grafts to establish enough bone to place the implants.

Absolutely. : Absolutely. The alternative to implants would be removable prostheses. Implants will enable to to achieve the look and feel of your own natural teeth. There is no comparison, and yours is the type of situation that implants are ideally suited for.

Dental : Dental implants are a fantastic way to replace missing teeth, perhaps even the best option. They will look and feel almost like normal teeth! if several teeth in the same area are missing, implant supported bridges should be considered as well.

Simply, yes: If the sites where the teeth are missing are satisfactory for implant placement , they will provide the best long term success, all else being equal. Full examination of your mouth and analysis and correction, as needed, of your bite is critical as a prerequisite to this treatment. Especially as you described the location of the missing teeth.

Usually: As long as you have good overall oral health, implants are the best treatment for replacement whether its a single tooth or multiple. Implants are now becoming standard of care because of their longevity. A crown or bridge has a lifespan of 5-7 yrs depending on the study. Implants should last a lifetime crowns and bridges damage adjacent teeth which then req removal as well.

Implants are Optimal: Dental implant are optimal if you are a good candidate (bone presence and good health) because they provide bone stabilization and are easier to keep clean, however, can be very expensive. If the missing teeth are all in a row, you may consider an implant bridge. This can provide you the stability you desire, while saving a few dollars. Implants are a better choice than a traditional bridge.

Dental implants: Dental implants are good choice to replace missing teeth since they wil preserve the jaw bone as well. However, you will need a comprehensive evaluation by your dentist to determine whether you are a good candidate for that.

Not enough info: Dental implants are a great way to replace missing teeth, but unfortunately your question is a little to vague to really answer with confidence. If all your other teeth are healthy, in proper alignment and you have no periodontal disease, I'd say yes. If you have one or more of these problems, the ramifications of treating them first, need to be considered. I'd suggest you get a consult.
