Leg : Leg pain, numbness and weakness can be caused by tightness in your back (spinal stenosis) or blockage in your leg arteries. Spinal stenosis may cause back, hip and leg pain. I would recommend seeing your primary care doctor. If he thinks the pain is coming from your back you will need an MRI scan of your lumbar spine (low back). Spinal stenosis sometimes will improve with time, other times physical therapy, steroid injections or surgery may be needed. Good luck! please see my health guide on spinal stenosis.
