You : You made no mention of any injury, so i will assume there was none. One of the most common causes of foot pain in children is something called osteonecrosis, where a small section of bone begins to die as a result of a closure of a small nutrient artery to that one small section of bone. Different acronyms have been given to the different bone that is affected: köhler disease is avascular necrosis of the navicular bone, which is as close to what you describe as the "middle part." probably the most well known osteochondridity is osgood–schlatter disease, which is avascular necrosis of the tibial tubercle, just below the knee. It's usually not as serious as it sounds, and treatment is predicated on how much pain there is. It is self-limiting, which means at some point, her pain will go away completely, but it might take years before that happens. My best advice is to seek the services of a podiatrist or orthopedic surgeon who specializes in pediatric orthopedics. There are treatments, and she doesn't have to live in pain. Hope this helps. Good luck to your daughter!
