Tingling : Tingling of both hands and feet are typically associated with some type of systemic problem. That is like thyroid problem or electrolyte problem. Tingling is common with magnesium, calcium, sodium or potassium problem. Often serum magnesium can be normal although tissue magnesium can be low.
