Can't explain: With so little information to go on no explanation is possible. A complete review of past & present history, physical exam and any lab data would be the minimum to sort this out. The symptoms don't point to a specific issue. It is good she has been seen as they have likely excluded the nasty possibilities during their evaluation. In time the origin may become evident.
