Hello. : Hello. Yes, you can still be evaluated and treated. If you do have a fracture it isn't the same as getting a laceration sutured in terms of it having to be done within a certain period of time. I don't know the cause of your pain, it could be a fracture, soft tissue injury, bursitis, or injury to ligaments or tendons. By all means, obtain a medical evaluation. Take care and i hope that your pain starts improving soon.
