Months: It will take a few months to achieve final results as the skin continues to contract and tighten. Healing, if done with vaser, takes only a few days, but final results are not appreciated until several months out.

Months: Although much of the swelling is gone within a few weeks, i tell patients that it may be a few months before all of the swelling has resolved and even longer before the skin has fully "redraped" after liposuction surgery.
