A : A change in the size of teeth is typically related to the amount of spacing between your teeth prior to treatment. If your teeth are crowded, it makes changing the size more difficult. In addition, your opposing teeth may also play a role in the ability to change the size of your teeth. I would suggest you get a consult with a cosmetic dentist. Very often your teeth can be imaged prior to treatment to see what it will look like. Some dentists will do a diagnostic wax-up so that you can actually see what it will look like on a stone model.

As : As well stated in other answers a diagnosis and space evaluation is necessary, but porcelain veneers certainly can be used to increase the size of teeth.

If : If there is room to accommodate larger teeth, then porcelain veneers could accomplish that. However, if your teeth are small and there are no spaces in between them, you would need to have orthodontic treatment to separate the teeth. You could then have the veneers placed.

Yes: That would be your best bet.

Perhaps: If your teeth are too small but there is still room to add length and width to them with relation to your bite, then veneers are a good idea. Your dentist should do a mock up first to see what's possible.

Not sure...: I would visit with a well-respected dentist found by online reviews or by direct referral from a trusted friend who has veneers. Perhaps orthodontics is an option. Perhaps veneers. Perhaps crowns. An exam by a respected and experienced dentist can provide a great answer to your specific concerns.
