Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, I am not aware of any natural remedies for lichen sclerosis. Also lichen sclerosis is a diagnosis that needs to be made by a health care professional by doing a biopsy of the area. It is important to make sure that there aren't other potential causes such as vaginal cancer although it is quite uncommon. Lichen sclerosis can be treated with a topical corticosteroid but one that has a stronger potency that the corticosteroids found over the counter at the pharmacy. After treatment for 4-6 weeks you will only need to apply it to the area 1-2 times weekly to maintain the improvement. Vaginal estrogen can help the symptoms too. It is possible that natural remedies such phytoestrogen supplements used for menopause may be helpful but i don't think that has been studied. Clobestasol is the name of the corticosteroid that can be used to treat lichen sclerosis. If you find something natural that works please do post on the bulletin board.
