Presurgery: The medication typically used for lichen sclerosis is called Clobetasol. This is a steroid cream that works great BUT since you are about to have surgery this is not a good medication as it will impair your healing. There is an over the counter all natural product called Prevaleaf Soothe available on Amazon that should help until you are healed. I recommend this to many lichen patients
