In : In situations like this if the paramedics were not called, you should have presented to an urgent care or emergency room. The reason being is that imaging tests can be done on site (x-rays, ct scans etc.) and appropriate treatment and referrals can be done at that time. However at this point almost a week has passed. If you have not seen a doctor by now see your primary care physician. If that is not an option you can go to an urgent care. Best of luck.

See a doctor: It all depends on how bad the pain is. If the pain is really severe, i recommend going to an urgent care or er for evaluation. They can perform tests for your conditions. If your pain is not very severe, see your pcp or pain specialist for evaluation.
