Start : Start at an urgent care or call around to see if there any family doctors in your area that will see cash patients on a walk-in basis. This is usually the cheapest route but if there is any doubt about the severity of your condition then go to an er, they have to evaluate regardless of your ability to pay.

Depends: If you have any severe neurological issues that are rapidly getting worse, then go to the nearest er. You can also call any local hospital and see if they have a clinic that you can go to for people without health insurance.

ER: You need to make sure there is no fracture or bony dislocation. The er is a better choice if there is something really wrong.
