I had kidney stones with pain in my left side a few weeks ago. this week i had pain in my ruq and right neck/shoulder. my doctor suspects cholecystitis this time. could there be a connection between the two? i also have a small lump on my collarbone?

Kidney stones are not related to gall bladder disease. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your doctor who has examined you would be in better position to address your concerns.. Wish you good health!
