You : You need to view allergies as a chronic disease which requires consistent treatment rather than just symptomatic therapy. You should see an allergist who can test you to determine which substances to which you are allergic and then discuss a possible allergy shot treatment plan to desensitize you over time so that each allergy season you do not go through the same pro blems year after year.
