8mo with runny nose (clear during the day but thick & green @ night), watery itchy eyes, sneezing & cough. No fever so far. Allergy, flu, or cold?

Allergy: The itching points to allergy and not cold or flu. It appears that the baby may have eczema as well judging from the topical steroid use.
