I get hit lhard with allergies about every 3-4 years. well this year appears to be a year. allergy forecast in the austin area show very high mold counts. what is best to take. sudafed pe isn't working. sneezing and eyes watering continual.

Allergy Symptoms: Unless you have been tested, you might not know what you are truly allergic to. Nevertheless, Sudafed PE is a BAD choice. Start with neti-pot or squeeze bottle salt water wash followed by OTC Fluticasone nasal spray (1 spray in each nostril). Perform this wash followed by nasal spray morning AND night. Can also add Alaway or Zaditor eye drops
