A member asked:

Nasal allergy - sneezing, watery eyes and allergic to dust, season change and unnatural air viz a/c, fans etc. take allegra tablets (120-180 mg), spray?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mixed rhinitis: Sounds like perennial mixed rhinitis with both allergic and non-allergic triggers. Evidenced based medicine says topical nasal steroid spray is primary treatment, topical or oral antihistamines next and possibly montelukast (singular). Allergen immunotherapy can also be very helpful. See your pcp or board certified allergist.
