Allergy is likely: The presence of watery eyes and sneezing , without fever, makes allergy more likely. If in addition, there is clear nasal discharge, the probability of allergy is much higher. If the symptoms vary by location, or are present only in certain environments, the chances are they are allergic. A strong family history of allergies also increases the chances of allergy affecting a child.
