If : If the bleeding is due to chronic turbulent nasal airflow functional nose surgery (septoplasty and /or rhinoplasty) may help with bleeding. A more common reason for chronic nose bleeding is a prominent blood vessel(s) in the nose that can be treated with cauterization in the office. You would need an i office exam to see what would be best for you.

Structural : Structural problems with the nose that cause turbulence can dry out the lining, making nose bleeds more common. Correcting those problems may help (septoplasty and/or rhinoplasty). You could try to increase the moisture in the nose to help heal the lining--saline nasal sprays 4 times a day may help.

Bleeding from drying: Nose bleeds often come from turbulent airflow in the nose that dries out the mucus membranes leading to bleeding. Nose surgery that corrects the airflow inside the nose can help reduce nose bleeds. This is usually a septoplasty or other functional nose surgery, but may also be a part of a rhinoplasty. It should be noted that most nose bleeds are treated without surgery.

See internist: Your chronic nose bleeds may be a symptom of other things such as high blood pressure or a coagulation problem. Have an internist check you out.
